With over a decade of experience in client services, Shawn is a warm and welcoming presence at Brooklyn Park Pet Hospital. A lifelong Midwesterner, she’s known for her friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and genuine love for animals – especially her yellow Labrador, Otis, who joins her on daily walks and outdoor adventures. Shawn’s passion for travel and exploring nature shines through in her work, where she helps pet owners feel confident and cared for. She’s also a passionate sports fan – especially when it comes to basketball – and finds joy in creative hobbies such as baking, photography, and paint-by-number.

Whether she’s helping a nervous pet parent or whipping up a batch of cookies, Shawn brings heart, humor, and dedication to everything she does.
