    Depending on your pet’s needs, you’ll meet with a veterinarian or a technician.

  • Complete a behavior questionnaire

    Please fill out the Canine Behavior Questionnaire or Feline Behavior Questionnaire and submit it a week before your appointment if possible.

  • Prepare for the visit

    Bring your pet’s favorite treats, toys, training tools, medications, and any helpful photos or videos of the problem behavior. Cat owners should also provide a diagram of the home with litterbox and feeding locations.

  • Physical exam and lab work (if needed)

    Sometimes behavior problems have an underlying medical cause, which we’ll rule out before creating a plan.

  • Personalized behavior plan

    We’ll develop a strategy that may include training, environmental enrichment, or medication.

  • Follow-up support
